This study focusses on digital traceability and how it can help companies improve efficiency,
resilience and competitiveness.
A quantitative research strategy has been applied, with data collection via a survey of 100
participants.
The result of the survey prove that digital traceability has a significant positive influence on all
the outcomes, even though the positive impact on the competitiveness of companies was the
strongest. Traceability must be encouraged within all enterprises.
