Thus, the objectives of this research are: • To critically assess the impact of decreasing consumer trust in financial institutions due to unresolved complaints. • To explore the different schemes of ADR with Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman in Ireland. • To determine the level of satisfaction with Complaints closed through Dispute Resolution Service in Ireland. | |
