Health and safety in the workplace is the topic discussed in this research project. It examines and
comprehends the laws and policies governing health and safety in Ireland, as well as the steps
that businesses are doing to uphold or enforce these laws. One of the most crucial topics when
considering corporate social responsibility is health and safety. When employers and employees
disregard the law or fail to protect themselves, there is no safety culture within the organization,
which can be costly to the business. Interviews were conducted with individuals who are
employed in places where health and safety considerations are important. This research project
examines the level of involvement between the business and its employees to see whether there
is any communication breakdown that might result in a workplace accident.
